Coach Corras was born in Belgium and lived in many areas as a child, including the Ivory Coast and France. He spent some time in Baton Rouge, LA and Orlando, before spending most of his youth in the Philadelphia area. Bruno played basketball at Church Farm, a boarding school located in PA. He was a two year Varsity player in Basketball and Soccer and won the "Coaches Award" his senior year of High School. He was coached by Marc Turner, who was an assistant coach under Jay Wright at Villanova University. Bruno has been working with youth for over 7 years.
Growing up in PA and going to boarding school, basketball became a big part of Coach Corras life. He has a tremendous passion for the game and loves teaching it. Coach Corras believes that you must teach skill development/fundamentals as a key to building a player's foundation. Learning how to play the game and skill development must go hand in hand. He also incorporates conditioning and strongly believes that is a major part of a player's game. "All the skills you have mean nothing, if you don't have the legs in the fourth quarter." Coach Corras offers opportunities for all players and knows the importance of being flexible. "At a young age, you cannot tell a child to pick a sport." Coach Corras also knows the importance of becoming a "team." "You cannot win with five individuals on the court." Team play starts with working with all players individually and collectively as a team. Each player brings something special to a team from the top player to the last player off the bench.

"No matter how much you practice on your game, you must have confidence in yourself to succeed."
