I have over 20 years of Basketball coaching, training, and leadership skills. I began playing sports at the age of 7 for a team called the Arlington Hawks. Then, I played basketball at Langston Brown Community Center for Blazers. I played basketball and football in High School.

My love and passion for the games drove me to become more active in the teaching part of the games. I began working with and coaching youth at James Lee Center, Langston Brown Lady Stags as well as the James Lee Razorbacks. My dedication to youth and their development in sports they love lead me to coach football and basketball. I head coached for Wakefield High School freshman football team and Head Coached for the freshman and JV Girls basketball teams assisted coach for the Varsity girls as well.

I also was one of the coaches at Bullis High School Summer Basketball Camp in Potomac Maryland. I have attended coaching clinics all over the country . I also was one of the founder's for yoskillz training and fundamental workout for the student athletics. Then, I went on to coach a girl's 14u team in 2009 with PSPA. In 2009,  my devotion to youth and their athletic passions was honored by TSS Sports Photography as Virginia’s Volunteer of the Year Award. I encourage self-esteem, self-respect, and respect. I am dedicated, passionate, and believe, “Winning isn't everything, but trying to is”.
