Tony Edghill returned to coaching Elite Girls Basketball in 2008 after retiring for 5 years.  Coach Edghill is a Head Coach for 10 years of Elite Level AAU/Travel Basketball.  Some of the players he has coached were Monique Currie (WNBA Mystics/Duke/Bullis), Keenan Cole (GWU/St. John’s at Prospect Hall) Rochelle Coleman (Pro-League Holland/Syracuse/Paint Branch), Allison Hardy (Pro-League Italy/France/Bowie State/Northwest H.S. Germantown MD), and Tiara Cruse (William and Mary/James Madison).  Coach Edghill current college bound players he has coached are Diana Logan (North Point High School Loyola University), Katie McCormick (St Mary Riken High School, Logan Battle West Springfield High School Georgetown University commitments) and, Elizabeth (Liz) Wood Liberty High School Maine University commitment.  His current players he is coaching is Taylor Jenkins (Bullis School South Alabama commitment) super sophomores Lynee Belton, Kirby Porter, Ashley DeLeonibus.  Juniors Brittany Jackson, and Dazia Hall, all who currently attend Bullis School

Coach Edghill coached with the DC Lady Blue Devils (2000 – 2002) and led their 16 Year Old Teams to 5th Place at AAU Nationals and other appearances at US Junior Nationals.  Coach Edghill coached at The Bullis School in Potomac as an assistant from 1997 – 2000 where they were the undefeated ISL Champions # 1 in the Washington Post and Nationally ranked 18th in the country by Fox Sports Net. Coach Edghill returned in 2008 and is the Associate Head Coach of a talented team with 7 or 8 potential Division 1 players.  He coached The MD Classic 14 Year Old Team (1998) and help lead them to the National Championship and Second Place at US Junior Nationals and a 45 – 7 record.   He also coached 2 years (1992 – 94) as a Student Assistant at Div. II  Slippery Rock University, PA and 1 year (1994 – 95) as an Assistant at Div. II C.W. Post College in Long Island NY where he recruited the 10th, best class in Division II.  Coach Edghill also was the Head Coach for the Long Island Stars AAU Girls 16 Year Old Team for 2 years (1995 - 96).

Coach Edghill is considered one of the best teachers in the Washington Metropolitan Area and runs highly intense, skill learning practices that development of his players.  Coach Edghill has coached in winning programs at the High School, AAU/Travel, and College Levels.  Coach Edghill has coached guards, and post players at all levels.  He has coached 1 High School All – American, 5 Honorable Mention High Scool All American and 3 Division II College All – Americans.  As a Head Coach his teams have won 80% of their games.  Over 75 players have received scholarships at the Division 1 and II levels and some of his players have had opportunities to play professionally.
